Happy holidays, Mitchell! And congrats on all your accomplishments in 2023. I was grateful to get to be a guest contributor in 2023, and hope to toss my hat in the proverbial run-out fire in 2024, if repeat customers are an option! I was surprised to read that Rime of the Ancient Mariner was the most read piece! How was the Google placement different than other posts? Or is Iron Maiden simply a super popular searched band? Or maybe is it because of the poem? Any tricks you can share?

Same to you, Steve. I didn't do anything differently; no doubt the poem propelled it up the ranks!

Merry Christmas to you & yours, and here's to another great year of music writing!

Thank you for inviting me on to talk about the world's greatest band, and you are always welcome to do the same over at On Repeat. Like you, I love the collaborative spirit the #MusicStack community fosters, and I hope it continues to flourish.

Always a delight to read your deep dives on closing tracks and still pinching myself that I was able to collaborate with you. Love the story about Everything Must Go - nothing more satisfying than feedback like that!

Happy New Year Mitchell, I really enjoyed collaborating on the Nick Cave pieces, and look forward to many more 'last cut' critiques in '24.
